2. Find the app you want to check and tap it to go to the app detail page.
3. Look to see if the app detail page mentions a beta version. Make sure you scroll down as this information could be at the bottom of the page.
4.If it’s available, tap Join.

WhatsApp, the one major smartphone chat application that is being used by millions of people world-wide, has always been releasing the beta versions on their website. However, many have the issue of stating updated about the latest updates on WhatsApp and only get them when it is publicly released as a final version on the app stores. In order to download the beta version, you have to install it manually by downloading the APK file from the WhatsApp.com website. To do this, you also have to enable your smartphone for allowing installation of apps from ‘untrusted sources’, making your smartphone vulnerable to any other APK files that are accidentally installed.

2) On redirection to the page, select BECOME BETA TESTER. 

3) Follow every instruction prompted and enjoy cool features. 

Method B

1) Simply head to the WhatsApp.com website.
2) Hit the download button and a webpage will greet you to ask you if you want to join the Beta Testing Program. Once you register, you can simply check for updates to your WhatsApp on the app store on your smartphone. A new beta update will then start downloading and you will see WhatsApp updated to the latest version that no one must have installed before you.

Best of all, we did see that WhatsApp servers had an older version than what we got as an update after joining the Beta Testing Program.

Note Please

1) However, you should note that the Beta Testing Program does not come free. This doesn't  mean that you have to pay WhatsApp for the beta testing. You have to you that you will be receiving updates virtually everyday. 

How To Leave Beta Testers Group

You can always opt out of the Beta Testing Program whenever you want.

If you want use the production version of an app you have to leave the beta program, uninstall the app, and reinstall the production version.
When you leave and uninstall a beta app(Eg WhatsApp), you may lose your progress and any customization you have made to the app.

To leave a beta program:

• LAUNCH the Google Play Store.
• Find the app you want to leave.
• Tap the app to open the detail page for the app.
• Scroll down to find the section on beta testing.
• Tap Leave.
• Uninstall the app.
• Reinstall the app.

If you don’t uninstall and reinstall the app, it may update when the public version of the app is updated.

Note: if you leave an early access or beta program, your space will open up and someone else may take it. You are not guaranteed to be able to get your space back late
